Steve retired after 11 years as a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy. He worked in patrol, traffic, and commercial vehicle enforcement. He is trained in Advanced Traffic Investigation and reconstruction. He has also received training from the California Highway Patrol and is certified in Commercial Vehicle Level 1 inspection. Steve also has 6 years experience behind the wheel as a Class "A", combination truck driver. He has driven 3 axle tractors in combination with 26 to 53 foot trailers including doubles. He currently enjoys retirement and is focusing most of his attention on raising his two beautiful young daughters. Steve enjoys working part time as an instructor for Safety Research Consultants Inc. and the ability it brings him in helping others in work safety.
