Ken has been a Police Officer for over twenty years. The last fourteen years he has been assigned to traffic enforcement as a Motorcycle Officer, Collision Investigation Officer and Commercial Enforcement Officer. Ken is a certified Collision Reconstructionist and certified by the DOT in commercial vehicle safety inspections. He has a B.S. degree from Southern Illinois University College of Education.
